The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 days after you receive your goods. To cancel your order please let us know via our contact form. In your message please give us your name, order number and reasons for your return.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and ensure that when they are kept in pristine condition. The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging and perfect condition. You are required to return the items to us at your expense. We will then process your refund when your items are back with us in good condition.
If you receive your order and it arrives damaged. Please contact us and we will then arrange replacements. We require damaged goods to be returned within 14 days also.
