Meet the Artist
Gen Staelens is a UK Graphic Novelist and Illustrator based in London.
She has been creating comics about animals for as long as she could hold a pencil, and always endeavoured to share profound and complex stories with audiences of all kinds.
Gen graduated Kingston School of Art in 2019, but found herself uncertain in the midst of the 2020 Covid 19 lockdown. Taking this time to finally pursue her dream of starting a comic, she set up a Patreon and dived straight in sharing the immense and emotional journey of After Honour, which continues to this day.
Conventions
Gen has been attending comic conventions across the UK since 2020, and hopes to visit conventions in Europe and the US as soon as possible.
After Honour is available to buy at every convention along with character stickers, prints and charms. Thanks to collaborations with friends, apparel and merchandise is also now in production and will be available to purchase soon through Wolfo Studios.
Fan art and prints from various anime, books and series are now available to purchase on Etsy as well as sold at conventions.
